The University of Management and Technology (UMT) and Educating Youth Publications have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for establishment of a collaborative relationship.
At the ceremony, UMT Director of Corporate Linkages and Placements Quratulain Babur and Educating Youth Publications Chief Executive Officer Waqas Ahmed signed the MoU.
According to the MoU, the first party, UMT, is an academic centre of excellence and a premier general university looking to collaborate with industry and corporate sector to provide expertise in terms of qualified faculty. It is also looking to collaborate in terms of providing the market exposure to their students in terms of creating opportunities of internships and placements.
On the other hand, the second party, Educating Youth Publications, is ready to collaborate for mutual interests.
The two sides have agreed to create a strategic alliance and seamless linkage among the parties in the areas of learning and development, research, innovation, entrepreneurship and other evenues. The MoU will have effect for a period of two years from the date of signing and it maybe renewed with the consent of the two parties.
