A doctor has allegedly been abducted by unknown suspects in the limits of Heir police station limits in Defence area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to police, 62-year-old Dr Tahir Jameel was a resident of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase-6.
Police said Dr Tahir was kidnapped while going to home.
However, police have registered a case and started investigations.
Man shot dead by brothers-in-law
Meanwhile, two men shot dead their brother-in-law over a domestic dispute in Sabzazar area of Lahore.
According to police, the incident of murder occurred after a minor argument among them.
The deceased was identified as Munir Khan who was shifted to hospital in critical condition where he succumbed to injuries.
After the incident, the accused managed to escape from the crime scene.
A team has been constituted for the arrest of the accused after registering a case.
