A speeding passenger bus crushed three people including a three-year-old girl, a woman, and a man to death near Hub Chowki Karachi on Sunday, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to rescue sources, the collision also resulted in injuries to five others, who were immediately rushed to Hub Civil Hospital for medical treatment.
The victims, identified as Muhammad Iqbal, Samina Bibi, and three-year-old Maryam, were fatally crushed in the accident.
Reports indicate that the mishap occurred when the speeding bus collided with a rickshaw and a motorcycle, causing chaos and resulting in the loss of lives and injuries.
Among the injured are women Shahida Bibi, Razia Wasim, Abdul Rahman, Mahmood Ahmed, and Irfan.
The deceased and injured persons were riding the rickshaw and motorcycle at the time of the accident.
