Islamabad High Court has suspended court order to dissolve Capital Development Authority (CDA), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Single bench Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani had ordered to start the process of dissolving CDA.
The division bench of Islamabad High Court suspended the order of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Inam Amin Minhas issued a written order.
Division Bench wrote in its order that the court's June 19 decision to terminate the CDA is suspended.
The court suspended the order in an intra-court appeal against the decision of the single bench.
