The name of Punjab Law Secretary Ahmed Raza Sarwar is being considered for the post of finance secretary, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
It is to be noted here that Ahmed Raza Sarwar has served at the posts of deputy secretary and special secretary in Finance Department before his appointment as the law secretary.
It also merits a mention here that the finance secretary of Punjab has been transferred, and in his place, the name of Ahmed Raza Sarwar is being considered.
