Joining her on the glamorous night was her close friend, American actress Zoey Deutch, 30, who stars in the upcoming film.

Nouvelle Vague is directed by Hollywood favourite Richard Linklater and pays tribute to the French New Wave cinema of the late 1950s.
The movie transports audiences back to 1959 Paris, retelling the magic of Jean-Luc Godard’s iconic Breathless. With its black-and-white visuals and nostalgic charm, the film celebrates an era that changed filmmaking forever.
Kristen’s appearance at the premiere carried extra significance, as she has a personal link to the film’s subject. Back in 2019, she played legendary actress Jean Seberg in the political thriller Seberg.
Now, with Zoey taking on the role in Nouvelle Vague, the red carpet felt like a full-circle moment for the two stars.

Speaking about the project, Kristen said: “Lidia’s memoir honours physical experience in such a radical way. For me, turning that into cinema was absolutely essential.”
Nouvelle Vague is set to release in select cinemas on October 31 and will stream on Netflix worldwide from November 14.
