Motorway sections from Lahore to Kot Momin (M-2) and from Toba Tek Singh to Pindi Bhattian (M-4) have been closed due to dense fog, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
A spokesperson said that the measures have been adopted to ensure the safety of the motorists as the visibility has dropped drastically.
The motorists are directed to use front and rear fog lights and avoid unnecessary traveling.
The road users should avoid over-speeding and maintain distance from the car ahead of them.
