The federal government on Friday appointed Syed Zakaria Shah as CPEC Authority Chief Executive Officer for three years.
The Establishment Division issued a notification in this regard. Shah, a Grade-20 officer, also served as President Secretariat Director General. He belongs to Secretariat Group.
On November 26, 2019, the federal government appointed Lt Gen (retired) Asim Saleem Bajwa as chairman of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Authority (CPECA).
