Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-Nazariati (PTI-N) Chairman Akhtar Iqbal has said there is no deal with Tehreek-e-Insaf, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.

Addressing a press conference, he alleged the Tehreek-e-Insaf committed forgery and submitted their forged tickets.

Reportedly, the Tehreek-i-Insaf set in motion its Plan B, fearing that the ‘bat’ electoral symbol may be snatched from it.

According to PTI plan B, the party candidates will contest elections under the symbol of ‘batsman’ of the PTI-Nazriati, reports said.

The party reported having issued instructions to all its candidates to submit their "Tehreek-e-Insaf-Nazriati" tickets at the RO and collect receipts for them.

However, Akhtar Iqbal rubbished reports saying: “There is no deal …we have nothing to do with the people talking of going for lesser evil. We stand firm on our principled stance.

He said though he has been in contact with the PTI founding leaders and workers, he has nothing to do with the group of people who ruined the party.

“There is a good number of people who made sacrifices for the cause,” he said, adding he has nothing to do with the opportunists and fortuities
