A woman gave birth to a baby in Rescue 1122’s ambulance on way to the hospital in Shakargarh on Wednesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to details, Rescue 1122 Kartarpur received a call from village Lail Harai Kanjwar Road that a pregnant woman needs medical attention due to labour pains.
Rescue 1122 ambulance rushed to the site in order to shift the woman to the hospital.
The ambulance left for the hospital in dense fog, but on their way to the hospital, the woman’s condition worsened, after which a rescue technician performed a successful delivery near Karara Phatak.
Both the mother and baby were stable, said Rescue 1122 officials. Emergency Medical Technician of Rescue 1122 showcased their professionalism and successfully facilitated the safe delivery of the baby.
