Sindh Home Minister, IG Police and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) officials have exposed the terrorist and facilitator network using Pakistan soil for terrorism, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 
Addressing a press conference, Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar said that on June 27, four terrorists attacked the Karachi Transport Company of Sindh Rangers and three of the attackers were Afghans. 
Home Minister said one terrorist was a resident of Bajaur who had lived in Afghanistan for 20 years. 
He said the terrorists’ handlers were giving them instructions from Afghan soil. 
Sindh Rangers killed three terrorists in a successful operation and arrested one in an injured condition, Home Minister said. 
SSP CTD Irfan Bahadur said that the plot to attack the Sindh Rangers headquarters was hatched in Afghanistan. The mastermind of the attack, Qari Bashir, was arrested. 
He told the investigation how he was directed to attack by Fitna-ul-Khawarij. Foreigners Noor Wali, Sher Ali, Saeed Shah and others were involved in planning the attack.

Bilawal says mastermind's arrest major success

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed the arrest of the mastermind of the terrorist attack on Rangers headquarters in Karachi as a major success, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

In a statement, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces, including the police, Rangers, intelligence agencies and all law enforcement agencies, for this success.

Bilawal Bhutto said this important success is a clear proof of the professionalism of our institutions and the unwavering determination to completely eliminate terrorism.

He said the issue of land being used against Pakistan should be taken forward with full seriousness at diplomatic, legal and security levels.

Bilawal Bhutto said those who shelter and patronize terrorists are equally guilty as the terrorists who committed these cowardly attacks. 

We will not allow the enemy’s conspiracy to sabotage law and order in any part of the country, including Karachi, to succeed, Bilawal Bhutto said. 

He said the entire nation stands by its protectors.
