A 57-year-old Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Monday shot himself dead reportedly over domestic issues in Nekapura police station in Sialkot, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to Sialkot District Police Officer (DPO) Hassan Iqbal, the name of the deceased was Muhammad Hussain and he was deputed at Nekapura police station. “He shot himself in the head in a room of the police station allegedly due to domestic issues,” he added.
Police were looking into the matter.
