The Sindh Assembly on Friday passed the Sindh Motor Vehicle Tax Amendment Bill and the Sindh Criminal Prosecution Services Bill.
Lawmaker Mukesh Kumar Chawla, who presented the Sindh Motor Vehicle Tax Amendment Bill, said commercial vehicles were being registered as private vehicles in the past. He said that commercial vehicles should be registered in the commercial category. He said that this move will stop misuse of commercial vehicles and generate more revenue for the government.
