The Department of Specialized Healthcare sacked and directed Dr Shahbaz to report to the department immediately, reported 24NewsHD TV on Thursday.
A victim Iqra Nazim who worked in Shahdara Teaching Hospital as a computer operator was harassed by the accused Dr Shahbaz, the police registered the case on the complaint of the woman.
Dr Shahbaz was working as a senior medical officer at Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara.
The health department also took action after the woman lodged an FIR.
