The government of Pakistan on Friday made a substantial cut in the price of high speed diesel, but kept the petrol price unchanged.
According to 24NewsHD TV, the Finance Ministry announced a Rs12.84 per litre cut in the price of high speed diesel.
Also, the government cut the kerosene oil price by Rs7.19 per litre and light diesel price by Rs8.20 per litre.
The Finance Ministry has notified the new prices of petroleum products, which will take effect at midnight today.
