The government has decided to disburse salaries and pensions to all the government employees and pensioners on 30th December 2022, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The decision was taken after careful consideration as there will be weekly holidays on 31 December and on January 1, 2023.
The banks will also remain closed on 2 January 2023.
