Maulana Fazlur Rehman's Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) on Sunday released the final list of 479 candidates across the country.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, JUI spokesperson Aslam Ghori said that 122 candidates of the National Assembly have been fielded in the election.
Aslam Ghori said 110 candidates for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) provincial assembly, and 51 candidates for the Balochistan Assembly will participate in the elections.
He said 134 candidates have been nominated for the Punjab Assembly while 52 candidates were awarded party tick3ets for the Sindh Assembly.
The JUI spokesperson said despite the disturbing situation of law and order, they will run a vigorous campaign and his party will achieve big success in the February 8 elections.
