Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar chairs meeting of the Sub-Committee on Pakistan Civil Awards to review nominations received for the Pakistan Civil Awards 2026, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
According to official statement, the nominations were considered based on merit, transparency, and established policy.
The meeting emphasized ensuring representation for women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and the provinces. The representatives and Chief Secretaries from all provinces participated via video link. The sub-committee also reviewed nominations of individuals who have rendered outstanding services at the national level.
