Four people, including two brothers, lost their lives when armed assailants opened fire on their car due to old enmity on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police said that all four people were going to appear in the Sessions Court in Khanewal, from Kacha Khau.
Police further revealed that the firing incident took place due to an old rivalry.
Soon after receiving the report, local police and Rescue 1122 teams rushed to the site and shifted the dead bodies to the local hospital for autopsy.
Police cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation to apprehend the culprits.
