Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif Thursday visited Kamra Airbase to meet the fearless "falcons" of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) who famously shot down Indian aircrafts during the defence of the homeland, marking a decisive moment in modern air warfare, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In his interaction, the Prime Minister lauded the PAF heroes who dismantled the myth of Indian aerial superiority in what has been described as one of the longest and most intense air battles of the 21st century.
Accompanying the Prime Minister were key members of the national leadership, including Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal, and Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar.
The event served as a powerful symbol of unity and military resolve, with top civil and military leadership standing shoulder to shoulder in honour of the PAF's pivotal role in safeguarding the nation’s airspace.
Pakistan Television (PTV) will broadcast the Prime Minister’s historic conversation with the PAF falcons this evening.
