The Islamabad High Court has thrown out a petition challenging the ministership of Marriyum Aurangzeb, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq on Tuesday issued verdict on a petition filed by a citizen Talib Hussain petitioning that Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb could not be appointed as a minister as she was elected on reserved seat.
The court dismissed the petition after declaring it non-maintainable.
