A rickshaw driver lost his life and seven people seriously injured when a speeding dumper crushed a rickshaw and a Toyota Hiace van in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
The incident took place near Razaqabad Training Center in Karachi.
Police said that all the injured persons were passengers of the Toyota Hiace.
Police said that the driver of the dumper lost control due to overspeeding, after which the dumper collided with the vehicles and stormed into several roadside shops.
Soon after the incident, local police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead rickshaw driver and other injured persons to Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center (JPMC) in Karachi.
