The government on Saturday filed a petition in the Supreme Court (SC), seeking an early start to the hearing of the contempt of court case against former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In its application, the Ministry of Interior prayed to the court to start hearing of the case next week.
