Upon Judge Amir Zia’s inquiry, Samiya said that she withdraws her case and does not want any proceedings.
She also said that she has no objections to granting bail and acquitting the accused.
Hassan Zahid was granted acquitted on bail-bonds of Rs 20,000 each as he two cases filed against him in the Shalimar police station.
Earlier, the Islamabad-based TikToker had forgiven him conditionally following the high-profile case that had drawn significant public and media attention.
Insiders added that the duo had ‘resolved their differences’ as Hassan Zahid addressed Samiya’s concerns.
The dispute between the two began when Samiya Hijab accused Zahid of harassment and threats a few days ago.
She alleged that Zahid was intimidating her, which led her to approach the authorities. A case was filed, and it soon became high-profile.
