The State Bank of Pakistan will remain closed on 18th and 19th August (Wednesday and Thursday) 9th and 10th Muharram-ul-Haram on the occasion of Ashura, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Moreover, Sindh government has also announced holidays on Ashura days and there will be public holidays on 18th and 19th August.
All public and private institutions will remain closed on Ashura holidays.
Sindh Services General Administration Coordination has issued the notification.
