Supreme Court of Pakistan’s three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) petition against National Accountability Bureau (NAB) amendments on August 18, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Justice Ejazul Ahsan and Justice Mansoor Ali Shah will also join the bench.
It is pertinent to mention here that last year PTI chairman Imran Khan filed a petition against NAB amendments. Though, there have been 47 hearings of the case so far.
The Supreme Court heard the case last time on May 16 this year and the court adjourned the hearing of the case indicating that the decision in the case had been reserved.
