Rawalpindi police Friday conducted a successful operation resulting in the recovery of an abducted Tik Toker, Mughni, who had been held captive for a staggering ransom of Rs 250 million, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to Rawalpindi's police spokesperson, the operation led to the arrest of four kidnappers identified as Irfan, Manzoor, Ali, and Mobin.
The victim, Mughni, was abducted when he left his residence to play.
The Rawalpindi police registered a case and initiated a comprehensive investigation.
After an intensive month-long effort, the police successfully located and rescued Mughni.
The law enforcement authorities are determined to bring the remaining accomplices and facilitators to justice, aiming for their prompt arrest.
It was revealed that the family of the victim had paid a portion of the ransom without informing the police.
Rawalpindi Police spokesperson emphasized the importance of immediately reporting such incidents to law enforcement.
