Pakistani actress Fiza Ali recently shared an emotional and heartfelt moment with her daughter Faraal as they prepared for Faraal’s father, Fawad Farooq’s, second wedding.
In an Instagram reel, Faraal exclaims that she is excited to go to the parlor and get ready for her dad's big day.
As she asks dad to come to the video, he also joins in her joy saying: "I'm getting married today, and my princess will be walking me to the aisle".
Faraal enthusiastically tells the camera, "So now I'm just gonna go the the shaadi, of my dad's, and I'm gonna get ready, and I'm also excited, so bye girls!"
Fiza Ali posted the moment, highlighting the innocence and positivity of her daughter as she embraces the new chapter in her father’s life.
Sharing the reel, Fiza Ali added a reflective caption that conveyed the emotional depth of the moment.
She wrote, "Zindagi hamesha seedhi nahi hoti — kabhi kabhi woh humein aisay mor par le aati hai jahan shor nahi, sabr bolta hai. Aaj meri beti Faraal apne baba ke liye khushi aur masoom muskurahat ke saath unke nayi zindagi ke safar ki tayyari record kar rahi hai.
"Iss lamhay ne mujhe phir se yaad dilaya ke rishtay badal sakte hain, lekin izzat, mohabbat aur parenting kabhi khatam nahi hoti. Har kahani ka anjaam larai nahi hota — kabhi kabhi sab se khoobsurat anjaam yeh hota hai ke hum apne bachon ko positivity, grace aur strength sikha dete hain.
"Dil se dua hai ke Fawad Farouq ki zindagi ka yeh naya chapter sukoon, samajh aur khushiyon se bhara ho. Allah hum sab ke liye asaaniyan aur behtar raaste likhe. Strength is choosing grace — always."
Through this caption, Fiza Ali reflected on the idea that while relationships may change, respect, love, and the responsibilities of parenting remain constant.
She emphasized patience, understanding, and the importance of teaching children positivity and strength as part of navigating life’s transitions.
Fiza Ali and Fawad Farooq were married in 2007.
In 2021, she opened up about the reasons behind their separation during a conversation with Juggan Kazim on the show "Morning with Juggan."
Fiza explained that while their marriage did not involve abuse or conflict, differences in lifestyle contributed to their separation.
She stated, “When I got married to Fawad, I used to live in Karachi, he took me to Lahore because of his work. He was a business person and he is from a Chiniyoti family. We didn’t have any such issues, he never scolded me, abused me, hit me, or misbehaved with me. But yes, he is a very social person and he loves socializing. The family I belong to has no concept of parties.”
She added, “He wanted me to join committee parties, he didn’t want my time, he just wanted me to be social. He wanted me to be the most famous person in Lahore Town. For him stardom or TV was nothing, this all was rubbish for him. He wanted me to be very well socialized.”
Fiza also clarified that the decision to separate was made by her family, explaining, “Ultimately it was my family’s decision. My sister and brother took the decision that I won’t live with him, there were some personal problems. There were no fights in it.”
