Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas marked a major milestone as their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas celebrated her fourth birthday with an enchanting mermaid-themed party straight out of a Disney dream.
Malti turned four on Thursday, January 15, and Priyanka gave fans a peek into the intimate celebration by sharing photos from the birthday bash on social media.
The celebrations were filled with whimsical details, while Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, added an emotional touch by posting unseen moments and a heartfelt message for her granddaughter.
On Friday, Priyanka posted glimpses from Malti’s birthday party, revealing a stunning under-the-sea setup inspired by Disney princesses.
The pastel-toned décor featured a charming backdrop that read, “Malti’s 4th Birthday.” The centrepiece of the celebration was Malti’s birthday cake, which highlighted her favourite Disney princess, Ariel.
The party leaned fully into the mermaid theme, with shimmering mermaid-scale accents, decorative sea nets, and shells transforming the venue into an ocean-inspired wonderland. Priyanka also arranged fish-shaped cookies, themed gift hampers for guests, and playful mermaid-shaped balloons to complete the magical atmosphere. Sharing the photos, Priyanka captioned the post, “She’s 4!”, and tagged Nick Jonas.
Adding to the celebrations, Madhu Chopra shared a series of previously unseen photographs that showcased her special bond with Malti. One image captured the grandmother and granddaughter enjoying a walk together during a vacation. Alongside the pictures, Madhu wrote, “You made me a grandmom and filled my life with magic. Happy fourth birthday, my angel.”
Priyanka and Nick, who married in December 2018 in both Christian and Hindu wedding ceremonies, welcomed Malti Marie in 2022 via surrogacy.
Since then, Priyanka has frequently shared snippets of her life as a mother, offering fans glimpses of her joyful moments with Malti. The family recently enjoyed a beach vacation together, which also doubled as an early birthday celebration for the little one.
On the professional front, Priyanka is gearing up for the release of her upcoming action thriller The Bluff, which also stars Karl Urban. The film is set to premiere on Prime Video on February 25. She also has SS Rajamouli’s Varanasi in the works, featuring Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran in leading roles. The highly anticipated project will mark Priyanka’s return to Indian cinema after eight years and is scheduled for a theatrical release in January 2027.
