A speeding bus went out of control and overturned near Zafarwal in Jaranwala on Tuesday, as a result of which 47 people including 14 women and 33 men, were injured, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
After receiving the information about the incident, SHO police station Bachiana reached the spot along with the police personnel.
According to rescue officials, the rescue team provided first aid to the injured and shifted them to District Headquarters Hospital Nankana Sahib.
The teams of Bachiana Police, Rescue Faisalabad and Nankana Sahib participated in the rescue operation.
The bus which suffered the accident was going from Sialkot to Fort Abbas.
