A meeting of the federal cabinet will be held today (Wednesday) with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in the chair.
A six-point agenda will come under discussion at the cabinet meeting. The meeting will also approve the agreements for trade between Pakistan and Gulf countries. Also, the cabinet meeting will approve the draft of the Sea Cargo Shipping Documents Bill 2025.
The federal cabinet will also approve extension in permission for export of unregistered medicines. The cabinet meeting will approve 15 percent increase in EOBI Pension from January 1, 2025. The National Cannabis Control and Regulatory Policy 2025 will be presented at the cabinet meeting.
The cabinet meeting will also give approval for the decisions made by the Cabinet Committee on Legislation. The cabinet meeting will also discuss important national issues.
