The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has invited bids from eligible companies for the supply of professional video cameras, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.
According to an official announcement, the selection will be based on the least cost selection method, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on technical standards.
However, the eligibility criteria are strict: only companies registered with both income tax and sales tax are permitted to submit bids.
Applications can only be submitted via the e-procurement platform (EPADS).
Manual or physical submissions will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The deadline for submission is August 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and all received bids will be publicly opened the same day at 11:30 am.
For transparency, the PCB has stated that detailed terms and conditions for the tender can be accessed on the official government procurement website: www.eprocure.gov.pk.
The Board has clarified that any information obtained from sources other than this official platform will not be considered valid.
To ensure a fair and transparent process, the PCB has also established a grievance redressal committee.
This committee will be responsible for handling any complaints or disputes that arise during the procurement process.
