Pakistani model and social media personality Huma Saleem has made serious allegations against an unnamed "famous cricketer," accusing him of harassment, threats, emotional abuse, and attempts to damage her professional reputation. She also announced that she intends to pursue the matter with the help of her legal team.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Huma shared a lengthy statement in which she claimed she had remained out of contact with the individual for the past two months, but alleged that he continued to interfere in her life.
In her post, she wrote:
"I'm writing this in a very unsettling time and want to expose a famous cricketer who is a cheat, fraud and womaniser. Today they crossed the limit by threatening and harassing me. I have been in no contact with him for two months, yet whenever I try to move on, he comes back and disturbs me mentally."
She further alleged that the individual had contacted her family members, colleagues, and people connected to her work in an attempt to tarnish her reputation.
"They first messaged my family and my colleagues, and now they are trying to defame me professionally by contacting people related to my work. I have faced this harassment even while I was with him. I have been in an abusive relationship and remained silent, but this time my threshold has exceeded."
Huma also claimed she would soon present evidence supporting her allegations through her legal representatives.
"I will expose this cricketer and everything he has done. I will come with each and every proof with my legal team."
The model did not disclose the identity of the cricketer in her statement, and the allegations remain unverified. No response has yet been issued by the individual she referred to.
