A man killed his mother for giving him his meal late in Khairpur district of Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
According to details, the son who was identified as Pappan Panhwar shot his 65-year-old mother Zarina Panhwar and escaped from the scene.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) immediately took the notice of the incident and direct relevant police officials to arrest the suspect on a priority basis.
After the directives of SSP, various police teams raided on different locations and arrested accused Pappan with the help of the latest technology.
Police also recovered weapon used in the murder. Police, after registering a case of murder, started an investigation.
The SSP said that the accused will be awarded an exemplary punishment.
