An oil tanker containing thousands of litres of furnace oil overturned at Sahiwal Bypass on Tuesday. Driver of tanker was injured in accident.
Spokesman of Motorways Police said that an oil tanker containing 50,000 litres furnace oil turned turtle due to reckless driving. Driver was injured in the accident who was shifted to hospital.
The rescue teams reached the scene, stopped leakage of furnace oil from tanker and started efforts to remove the vehicle from road.
