One passenger died while seven others received serious injuries on Sunday when their van met with an accident due to brake failure near Gulpur in Kotli district of Azad Kashmir, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
The vehicle was heading towards Rawalpindi from Kotli. Soon after receiving the report of the accident, the Rescue 1122 team and local police reached the site and shifted the dead body and injured persons to a local hospital.
