However, in the latest round of event, during the episode of Kya Drama Hai TV show, Ateeqa Odho was asked for her insight over the latest tension between both counties: however, while sharing her opinion over the same, the female star lauded that actors are soft image ambassadors and they should not be scrutinized amidst war like situations in countries.

Her exact words are: “Unfortunately, our soft image ambassadors—like poets, actors, musicians, singers, writers, and others—are dragged into the politics. Please don’t do that. They are here to spread love and culture; they are here to unite people. You can’t put them under such scrutiny. We don’t say these things to doctors or lawyers, so why do we curse our actors for this? My appeal to artists on both sides is: spread love, not hate. Your role is to create harmony.”
