The Punjab government has decided to make key appointments under the newly introduced Horticulture Authority Act 2025, with an important position filled following the approval of Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz.
According to an official notification issued today, Member of the Punjab Assembly Ghazali Saleem Butt has been appointed chairman of the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) Lahore under clauses one and two of Section 9 of the Horticulture Authority Act 2025.
The formal appointment notification was issued after approval from the provincial leadership. Authorities have directed all concerned departments to ensure implementation of the notification and create awareness regarding the appointment.
Copies of the notification have also been forwarded to all relevant institutions, including the office of the Chief Secretary Punjab, for necessary action.
