India A have set Pakistan Shaheens a target of 137 runs to win.
Pakistan chased the target with ease in 13.2 overs after losing only four wickets.
Maaz Sadqat 79* laced with seven fours and four lofty sixes changed the whole complexion of the game.
Batting first, the Indian side was bowled out for 136 runs in 19 overs.
Saurya Vanshi top-scored with 45 runs, followed by Naman with 35.
Other contributions included Harsh Dubey (19), Raman Deep Singh (11), and Priyash Aria (10), while Nihal Vidhera made 8, captain Jitesh Sharma 5, and Yash Thakur 2.
Ashu Tosh Sharma and Suyash Sharma failed to score.
For Pakistan, Shahid Aziz claimed 3 wickets, while Saad Masood and Muaz Siddiqui took 2 wickets each.
The winning team of this match will advance to the semi-finals, scheduled for Friday, November 21.
The final will take place on Sunday, November 23.
The Rising Stars Asia Cup features eight teams, divided into two groups of four.
Each team will play one match against the other three teams in their group, with the top two from each group qualifying for the semi-finals.
Group A includes Sri Lanka A, Bangladesh A, Afghanistan A, and Hong Kong, while Group B features Pakistan Shaheens, India A, Oman, and UAE.
