♦ By-elections: Imran Khan leading as unofficial results pouring in; NA 237 Karachi, Pakistan People's Party (PPP) candidate Hakeem Baloch is first and PTI's Imran Khan is second; NA 157, PPP's Ali Musa Gilani is leading while Mehr Bano Qureshi of PTI is in the second position

♦ NA 22 Mardan, a tough contest is being observed between Imran Khan and JUI candidate Maulana Qasim; NA 108, Imran Khan is the first and Abid Sher Ali is second in Faisalabad constituency; NA 118, Imran Khan is ahead and Shazra Mansab Ali of Muslim League-N is the second; NA 239 Karachi constituency, Imran Khan of PTI got lead while Nair Raza of MQM came second 

♦ On three seats of the Punjab Assembly, there are some interesting results recieved as in PP 241, PTI's Malik Muzaffar is ahead and Chaudhry Amanullah Sattar of PML-N is second; In PP 209, Faisal Niazi of PTI is leading while Ziaur Rahman stands second; In PP 139 Sheikhupura, Haji Iftikhar Ahmed Bhangu of Muslim League-N is leading while Abubakar Sharqpuri of PTI is second

♦ Clashes and mismanagement were reported during the polling that started at 8:00 am: Reportedly, MNA Iftikhar Nazir was summoned for visiting the polling station in an official vehicle in Khanewal where PTI and PML-N workers clashed while a PPP worker was injured in a Karachi fight. Five armed men were arrested in Charsadda and three persons were arrested in Sheikhupura for violating the code of conduct.

♦ The police have arrested five armed persons in Charsadda’s area of Umarzai as voting in NA-24 by-election continued; The workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and those of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) clashed at polling station (136) in PP-209 constituency, Khanewal; The workers of Awami National Party (ANP) and those of PTI came face to face in Peshawar at a polling station, The police also arrested a worker of ANP; The process of polling was stopped after a rumpus at a polling station in Faisalabad; A worker was injured as a result of a clash that broke out between PPP and PTI workers during the polling for NA-237 by-election in Karachi; Three persons were held in constituency PP-139, Sheikhupura over violation of the election code of conduct.

♦ Imran once again criticises institutions in a tweet saying he was contesting against PDM, Election Commission and 'unknown poeple' in by-elections

♦ Rana Sanaullah says by-elections will bury politics of liars; Says he voted for Abid Sher Ali as PML-N is the only party that consistently upholds the law and the constitution; Casts his vote in favour of Abid Sher Ali; Warns the PTI of worst repercussions if its protestors turn up in Islamabad

♦ Citizens denied major relief in petroleum prices by raising levy; Govt has increased the levy on petrol by Rs14.84 to Rs47.26 per litre; Levy on petrol was Rs32.42 per litre; A working had been undertaken to make the petrol price reduced by Rs14.84 per litre
