Jailed former prime minister Imran Khan on Tuesday refused to tell the Cyber Crime Wing of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) who uses his X account, 24NewsHD TV reported, citing sources.
According to the report, a team of FIA’s Cyber Crime Wing reached Adiala Jail to interrogate the former prime minister about the “anti-state content being posted on his X account”.
A three-member team of FIA’s Cyber Crime Wing interrogated the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) inside Adiala Jail.
“Who uses your X account? Where is it used from? Who have you given access to the X account to?” FIA’s cybercrime officials asked Khan.
“Do you know that the things posted from your X account are anti-state?” Khan was asked.
However, Khan did not respond to the officials’ questions. Instead, he said, “I will not tell who uses my X account.”
He asked for a written questionnaire from the FIA team and insisted that he would give questionnaire to the FIA team in the presence of his lawyers.
