The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Imran Khan hospital transfer case for three weeks, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The apex court said that it had given an interim order at the last hearing. “And before the hearing could start today, the court was told that some petitions had been filed following that order.”
“We have been told that some cases from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) have now landed at the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) in which the relief provided to the former prime minister and PTI founder Imran Khan has been sought,” the SC said, adding that the FCC, before going ahead with proceedings of the case, summoned the record of the cases pending in the apex court.
The court sought assistance from the AGP in this regard.
Justice Shahid Waheed remarked that the SC’s order was violated. “There is a great lack of trust and coordination,” he added.
