Four CIA policemen were arrested for collecting ransom besides their involvement in various cases of harassment and blackmailing of locals in Daharki, an area of Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

SSP Sameer Noor told the media that four policemen were jailed on citizens' complaints, adding that after thorough investigations into complaints, action was taken against corrupt cops.

The jailed policemen included head constable Ali Akbar Bhutto, constable Rabdeno Mehar, constable Ibrahim Mehar and constable Akhlaq Pitafi.

All accused policemen were caught red-handed while minting money from a citizen during a blackmailing attempt.
