Maulana Nazir Farooqi, a member of JUI Majlis-e-Shura, was freed after 'six-hour abduction' by unidentified persons, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
According to his family, unidentified persons kidnapped the administrator of Jamia Maariful Quran Islamabad when he was returning home from the mosque in G-10.
He was chauffeured back home after six hours, the relatives said.
