Federal govt reshuffles several BS-19 to BS-22 officers

The federal government has transferred and posted several bureaucrats from BS-18 to BS-22 with immediate effect and until further orders, reported 24NewsDH TV channel on Monday.

Senior Member, Federal Land Commission, Waqarul Hassan, BS-22, will retire from service with effect from December 31, 2026.

Imran Yaqoob, BS-20 officer of Pakistan Police, is transferred from the Sindh government and directed to report to the Establishment Division, Islamabad.

Ghulam Murtaza, a Police Service officer of BS-19, is transferred from the Sindh government and directed to report to the Establishment Division, Islamabad.

Mazhar Javed, Deputy Secretary, Azad Kashmir Secretariat, is transferred and posted in the Power Division.

Aziz Ahmadzai is appointed as Executive Director of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP).  

Naseeruddin Sarwar, Director-General, Controller General of Accounts, is transferred and posted as DG Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).

Javed Shah, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Climate Change, is transferred and posted in the Poverty Alleviation Division.

The service of Mohammad Tariq Saeed, Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Medical College, is also extended for two years, which will take effect from August 3, 2026.

Mehmood Ahmad Bhatti is also granted premature retirement, which will take effect immediately.

Sher Alam, Section Officer, is also transferred from the Establishment Division to the Military Finance Wing of the Ministry of Finance.

Dr. Waheed Ahmad is appointed as Deputy Director (Admin), Federal Directorate of Immunization, Islamabad.

Before his current assignment, Dr. Waheed Ahmad was serving in the Health Department of the Balochistan government.

Establishment Division issued a notification for the transfer and postings of all officials.
