Hisham Inamullah, an independent candidate from PK 106 Lucky Marwat, joined the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) on Saturday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Hisham Inamullah was the former Minister of Health and Social Welfare.
Hisham Inamullah was elected from the same constituency of Lucky Marwat on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket in the general elections of 2018 but now after a meeting with Shahbaz Sharif decided to join the PML-N.
Hisham Inamullah is the only candidate from the entire province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who left PTI after May 9 and as an independent candidate, defeated the candidates of both the PTI and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam from his constituency.
