The contents of the report submitted by the Superintendent of Adiala Jail in the Supreme Court regarding the conditions under which PTI founder Imran Khan was being kept have come to light, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to the report, the founder of PTI’s compound consists of seven cells, in front of which there is a 57-foot long and 14-foot-wide corridor and there is also a 35 by 37 lawn adjacent to the compound where he reads books, reads newspapers and basks in the sun.
According to the report, the compound has a capacity to house 30 to 35 prisoners and a cycling machine and other gym equipment have been provided for exercise.
Breakfast includes dates, walnuts, honey, coffee, porridge, lassi, hot milk and chia seeds, while raisins and pomegranate juice are also given.
For lunch, desi chicken, mutton, salad, pickles, potato chips, fried eggs and mixed dal are provided, and during the evening, almond, dried grapes, coconut powder, milk, dates, banana and apple shakes are provided.
