A massive fire broke out at Al Fatah Chemical Factory in Karachi on Tuesday morning prompting a major operation by the fire-fighting personnel, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The factory is located at Valika Chowrangi SITE area of the megacity.
According to Fire Brigade officials, the fire erupted at 10. Two fire brigade vehicles were initially dispatched to the scene.
As the situation escalated, an additional four vehicles were sent, bringing the total to six fire brigade units actively combating the blaze.
Officials are currently working to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to nearby industrial units.
No casualties have been reported so far, and further details about the cause of the fire are pending.
Local authorities have urged residents and workers in the area to exercise caution while emergency services continue their operation. Firefighters are hopeful that the fire will be brought under control soon.
