Popular Pakistani actress Sanam Saeed has expressed love and passion for working on the Television screen after making a fabulous return with a wonderful role as Miss Maria in the upcoming drama serial Main Manto Nahi Hoon. The actress returned to the screens after a long hiatus of seven years.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Sanam Saeed walked down into a memory lane and reflected on empowered characters of herself which she played through her various roles with celebrating her latest one, Miss Maria.
“Miss Maria, but first...dipping into the past for some inspiration and motivation to continue playing these amazing vulnerable yet empowered women. I have to admit there's really nothing like television and the love and appreciative we get from the audience. T.V is also the most impactful medium and the best place to showcase pure Pakistani talent, she wrote on Instagram with a set of pictures from her different characters on TV.
Revisiting her iconic characters from Zindagi Gulzar hai to IShart, Sanam added: From the storytelling to the cinematography, direction, acting and soundtracks. Here are some of my favourite characters I had the privilege to play. Excited to be back to long form after an extended hiatus, in a totally new role. Also thrilled I got to work with a new team and some of my favorite actors for the first time. Looking forward to seeing how this new avatar is received. More to come on her soon.”
