The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has given Rs10 million to the families of youth who were ‘martyred’ during the march, the 24NewsHD  TV channel reported.

The PTI shared details on social media. Last month, the PTI held a long march to the federal capital against the government for its failure to deliver.

Clashes between marchers and protesters left two PTI youth dead, it is alleged. Federal interior  Sanaullah said: "These people (PTI) have moved from abuses to bullets.

"A police constable was killed in Lahore," the minister said citing Constable Kamal Ahmad who was gunned down in Model Town.
